By making a booking with us you confirm that you have read and agreed to all of the terms and conditions below and that you have checked all information that you have provided within your reservation is correct.
The liability of guests for their account is not waived and guests agree to be held personally liable for any charges incurred during their stay and for any cancellation, modification or no show charges, in accordance with our cancellation policy below. In the event of a booking for more than one room (a group booking) the lead or registered guest providing their credit/debit card details when making a booking is personally liable for any person, group, company or association that fails to pay all or part of such charges.
All rooms and areas within the building are strictly non-smoking and there will be an on the spot fine of £200 if you are found smoking inside the building.
£5 will be pre-authorised on your card prior to arrival, or required upon check-in, as a deposit for your key.
We reserve the right to charge individual or lead guests for the cost of rectifying damage which has been caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless acts of guests to the hotel’s property or structure. If you have been found to have been smoking within the building, failed to return your key, or damage has been discovered during or after you have departed then we reserve the right to make a charge to your credit/debit card, or send an invoice for the costs for payment/fine to the registered address.
If your card has been declined we will inform you via the email address you have provided when making the reservation and the booking will be placed on a waiting list. We cannot secure the booking until a valid card has been received, subject to availability.
Your credit/debit card is used for guarantee purpose only, unless your booking is a non-refundable reservation.
You will simply pay for your stay upon check-in, unless your reservation is non-refundable, in which case it will be charged an amount equal to the full cost of your reservation prior to arrival.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize provided credit/debit cards.
The following forms of payment are accepted:
Mastercard, Visa, Visa Debit, UK Maestro, American Express and cash upon arrival.
Please note that there is a surcharge of 2% on all credit card payments. Debit cards are exempt from this charge.
No fee will be charged if your booking is cancelled or modified up to 72 hours prior to the date of arrival, unless your booking is a non-refundable booking. That is at midnight (GMT) 72 hours before the date of arrival. If cancelled, modified or in case of a no-show you will be charged the full amount to the credit/debit card used to secure the reservation.
When booking more than 3 rooms and individual booking for more than 5 nights, different cancellation and modification policies and additional supplements may apply.
If cancelled or modified up to 120 hours at midnight (GMT) before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the full amount will be charged to the credit/debit card used to secure the reservation.
If cancelled or modified 14 days at midnight (GMT) before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, a 50% charge of total duration will be charged to the credit/debit card used to secure the reservation.
